2nd Annual 100 rand show review

The Second Annual 100 Rand show opened on Sunday 12 November at The Bin.

The show aims at creating a culture of art collectors through providing affordable pieces of a high standard.

There queue began at around 10:45 with young and old eager to get their hands on some of the work.

As the doors opened and patrons flooded in it was evident the day was going to be very special.

Congratulations to Fortune who was the first to sell out – 5 minutes into the show! Other sell-outs included Haasbroek, Daniel Ting Chong, Kronk and Motel 7.

The weather was great and the cold beers and redbull flowed like honey. We’ve uploaded a host of pictures including close-ups of the majority of the work: here

Thanks to everyone who made the effort to come round and contributed to making the day so memorable. In all we sold 108 works of the 183 on display.

This means that there are still 75 works available so come on down to The Bin and you’ll be surely satisfied.
